Under the name MIMK are united the services of companies MIMK-FIN and MIMK-BIZ, represented by Marko Ivanović and Maja Kmetec – two individuals who, after years of gaining experience in various positions and different companies, decided to work in an independent work environment. In addition to recent joint work experience and very similar business goals, we are united by the desire to offer our strongest competencies as services to companies that need support in implementing controlling, transfer pricing analysis, general administrative processes, calculations, analytics and reporting, and project management and implementation. We see ourselves as assistance to micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises, whom we want to facilitate business operations and relieve them of tasks that require time, accuracy, and reliability. We have particularly valuable experience with companies in the transportation industry, where we are well- versed in the regulations, challenges and opportunities for business optimization. The main principles of our business are reliability and professionalism, and we want to be a trustworthy partner for companies that understand processes and brings concrete solutions.
